Gary Barthel, is the founder of Military Expert Advisor, and Managing Partner of the Military Law Center, Inc., is a nationally recognized Consultant and Expert Witness with nearly four decades of experience as a military attorney. Following 20 years of active duty service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he retired in 2003 and has since dedicated his entire legal career to representing servicemembers across all military branches.
